Sri Veda Gayathri Parishath Inc. is formed on the eternal principles of Sanathana Hindu Dharma Ideology as lived, practiced and experienced by our own forefathers, elders, gurus, sages, munis, yogis, rishis and the like. This ideology has three characteristics:

1. it is universal, as it is applicable for the whole humanity.
2. it is practical in the sense that its principles can be applied in day-to-day life not only to solve the life problems but for the holistic development of an individual and the community.
3. it is modern in the substance that the ancient principles of Vedanta are being expressed and understood in the modern-day context.

A team of volunteers who shared this ideology and principles have joined hands to craft and follow a mix of traditional and contemporary activities and programs based on vedic principles and rich cultural heritage through mutual respect, equality, transparency, and selfless teamwork, which is helping Parishath evolve into a strong and vibrant Brahmin cultural organization in Australia and receiving excellent support from the community as a whole.
